Malika was born in our shelter on 15 June and was diagnosed with severe ocular conditions that required surgical removal to ensure his long-term health and comfort. This veterinary decision allows Malika to live free from pain and focus on adapting confidently.

Now 8 months old, Malika is growing, playful, and learning to navigate the world using his other senses. Growing up in the shelter means Malika depends entirely on the care we provide every day. Food, medical monitoring, and enrichment activities all play an essential role in supporting her health and wellbeing.
