Bringing the Bintan Langur to the International Scientific Community

A wonderful experience at EFP in Montpellier (European Federation of Primatology).( 29/06 to 03/07 2026)

On this occasion, we had the opportunity to present the Bintan Langur, an emblematic species of Bintan Island, and share the conservation actions carried out by our foundation Ark Asia in collaboration with BKSDA (the Indonesian Natural Resources Conservation Agency).

This event was a valuable opportunity to exchange with the international scientific community and highlight our commitment to protecting Bintan’s biodiversity and preserving this unique species.

Taking part in this event helps raise international awareness of the Bintan Langur and strengthen scientific exchanges dedicated to primate conservation and the protection of their natural habitats.
