Every day in Bintan, dozens of abandoned cats struggle to survive on the streets. A Faithful to our values of respect and compassion, ArkAsia is a no-kill shelter — a sanctuary where every life has priceless value.

At the ArkAsia Foundation, we believe that every life deserves safety, care, and compassion.

The goals of the Cat House Project  

😺 Provide a safe, clean, and enriching environment for rescued cats.
😺 Offer comprehensive veterinary care, including sterilization, vaccination, and disease prevention.
😺 Develop adoption and foster programs to place socialized cats into responsible homes.
😺 Raise public awareness — especially among schools and local communities — about compassion and responsibility toward animals.

Monitoring and Evaluation

The project will be supervised by ArkAsia’s veterinary team and animal welfare professionals, under the direction of the foundation’s Board of Directors.

Monitoring will include:
 🐾 Monthly reports on rescues, care, and adoptions
 🐾 Transparent financial tracking and independent audits
 🐾 Annual evaluation of shelter capacity, welfare standards, and community impact
